Session Description: Whether you've been an MSP for 1 day, 1 week or 1 year (or more) you are in a position that requires a lot of passion, dedication and patience! When you sat at your desk the 1st day was there someone there to transition/train you? Did you have to "learn on your own"? Do you have a network of others you feel "safe" asking questions (sometimes the same ones over and over). If you are a critical/analytical thinker? If so, good news you have the foundation to make a great career. This session will go over a wide swath of information that beginners will find helpful, validating and motivating!
