Patricia Douglass, CPMSM, is the Manager of the Beth Israel Lahey Health Credentials Verification Office and has worked in the Medical Staff Services field for over 20 years. A graduate of Northeastern University College of Professional Studies in Healthcare Administration, she joined the BILH CVO after managing the Medical Staff Offices of three of the network hospitals within the system. A strong advocate of NAMSS certification, she received her CPMSM certification and served as Secretary for the Massachusetts Association of Medical Staff Services.

In her spare time, Patti enjoys spending time with her three beautiful grandchildren. When not with her grandchildren, she has a special interest in aeronautics, attending local airshows and flying a RC Cessna 150s most weekends.
