David Loewenstein is the Director of the Division of Practitioner Data Bank at the Health Resources and Services Administration, which oversees the National Practitioner Data Bank Program. Prior to becoming Director of DPDB in 2017, Mr. Loewenstein worked in various capacities in HRSA with the NPDB and various scholarship and loan repayment programs, including the National Health Service Corps.
Mr. Loewenstein holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Public Policy, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
