Roxanne Chamberlain, MBA, FACHE, CPMSM, CPCS, CPHQ is senior director of medical staff services at Baystate Health, Inc. in Springfield, MA and has oversight for four hospital medical staff offices and a central verification organization (CVO). Baystate Health consists of a large academic medical center, a medical school, a children’s hospital, three community hospitals, an ambulatory surgery center, a soon to be new psychiatric hospital, many medical practices and a large healthcare insurance company.

Roxanne has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare field and has been an MSP for 33 of those years.

She has served on the board of the Massachusetts Association of Medical Staff Services (MAMSS) and was President from 1998 – 2000. She was President of the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) in 2020, has served in different roles for NAMSS over many years and is also a NAMSS instructor. In addition, she is a member of the Programming Committee for the Association of Health Care Executives in Massachusetts and is Chair of the FCVS Advisory Council for the Federation of State Medical Boards. On a personal level, she is Chair of Festivals for the City of Leominster and is on the board as a Director At Large for Sholan Farms, a non-profit community owned farm.
