Amy Madden, CPMSM, CPCS

Amy Madden, CPMSM, CPCS joined ASM as Vice President of Client Services in July 2018. In this role, she leads the Implementation, Support, and Customer Success teams and works closely with clients to optimize their use of the software and develop efficient workflows.

Amy previously worked at Cleveland Clinic Health System, a multi-facility organization with locations in Ohio, Florida, Nevada, Canada, Abu Dhabi, and London. Over her 20 year career at Cleveland Clinic she worked as Credentialing Coordinator, Medical Staff Office Manager, and Senior Director of Credentialing and Medical Staff Services for the health system. Amy has experience in medical staff services and credentialing, health plan and delegated credentialing, implementing centralized services, provider onboarding, and regulatory background including TJC, CMS, NCQA, URAC, and JCI.

Amy is a certified CPMSM and CPCS and was actively involved in the Ohio Association of Medical Staff Services (OAMSS) for over 20 years where she served as OAMSS Treasurer, President, and Scholarship Chair.
