Implementation Manager, ASM / MD-Staff
Geneva is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist, and Certified Professional in Medical Services Management. She began working in Credentialing in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant in the Medical Staff Services Department, helping the hospital prepare paper files for a TJC facility-wide audit.
As a Medical Staff Coordinator, she processed initial and reappointment applications, managed the initial FPPE process, physician onboarding and orientations, managed department funds, and helped facilitate multiple committees. She was heavily involved in the System-wide implementation to MD-Staff in 2015 and soon after became the MD-Staff Super User for the entire Health System, followed by years as the Senior Analyst overseeing maintenance of the Credentialing, Risk and Quality systems.
Geneva joined ASM as an Implementation Manager in 2020 and has thoroughly enjoyed assisting clients with product adoption and workflow efficiency. She provides recommendations based on regulatory requirements, industry best practices and tried and true processes.
