With a career spanning over 28 years, with 15 years in in healthcare technology, healthcare revenue cycle, credentialing, operational leadership, and strategic planning. Joseph has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving healthcare operations, data-driven decision-making, and delivering exceptional experiences through process improvement and automations.

Serving as System Direcotr of the CVO at MedStar Health, Joseph leads cross-functional teams in optimizing the transformation and day to day operational processes that streamlines practitioner credentialing and onboarding. His visionary leadership has led to the implementation of cutting edge Artifical Intelligence and state-of-the-art credentaling systems, enhancing onboarding efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Passionate about fostering collaborative ecosystems, Joseph has played a pivotal role in cultivating partnerships between healthcare technology partners, vendors, and MedStar Health. His strategic acumen has been instrumental in navigating complex integration, practitioner data, and driving complex initatives.

Joseph mentors future emerging healthcare leaders, at Johns Hopkins University, his alumni, imparting his knowledge and passion for innovation to the next generation.
