Kaysha Hervey, MHA, CPCS, CPMSM works in HCA Healthcare’s Clinical Services Group as the Assistant Vice President, Professional Practice Advancement. In her role, Kaysha oversees implementation of systems, resources, plans, and policies related to the HCA Healthcare’s Credentialing, Privileging and PPE/Peer Review Strategy and provides support to HCA Healthcare facilities through partnership with operational leaders and in coordination with other HCA Healthcare strategies. She provides leadership to and serves as the organizational bridge between facility, division and corporate physician and administrative leaders in the areas of credentialing, privileging, professional practice evaluation and medical staff governance.
Kaysha services has served on various committees for the National Association of Medical Staff Services and has shared her expertise at speaking engagements both at the national and state levels. She is currently Secretary for A Step Ahead Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
Kaysha earned a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Healthcare Delivery from Roanoke College in Salem, VA and has a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a graduate of the 2018 class of HCA Emerging Leaders.
