The NAMSS Credentialing 201 program is a two-day interactive course building on the foundation of Credentialing 101 and goes beyond the credentialing procedures to explore common challenges faced by credentialing managers. Credentialing 201 provides you the opportunity to identify, discuss, and problem-solve the biggest challenges you face today. Topics include: developing successful onboarding programs for new practitioners; implementing efficient procedures for credentialing data governance; improving collaboration with other departments; determining best ways to assess and respond to low/no volume practitioners; justifying and developing successful proposals for additional FTEs; developing effective procedures to integrate new services, service lines, and additional privileges; and responding appropriately to impaired and/or disruptive practitioners. This course is approved for 14 NAMSS CE Credits.
