Session Description: Never before have we had five generations working together as we do today. It is creating an interesting and challenging workplace. This session provides a foundation for learning what makes up a generation and the critical elements involved. It also identifies the five generations and provides effective general practices that can be implemented. It has never been more important for leaders and co-workers alike to understand this subject to prevent culture clashes in the workplace.
