Session Description: Mergers are challenging whether you are the company doing the acquiring or whether you are the one being acquired. In this session, Samantha and Tiffany will discuss their journey of merging two separate Licensing & Credentialing teams into one high-performing team post-merger. They will share the obstacles they faced with staffing, policies & procedures, communication, salary adjustments, and everything along the way that created a potential roadblock. This session will be a blend of what to do and what not to do using real-life examples from their experience.
