Session Description: Do you struggle with a high-volume workload without sufficient resources to meet the demand? In this session we will provide information on how to speak their language, how to partner with your physician leaders to justify these resources, and tips to help you secure the resources you need! From recruitment, onboarding, to orientation we will discuss how each piece of the puzzle impacts the credentialing process and how to justify additional resources.

Describe the importance of the credentialing process to the organization as a whole and why having sufficient resources in medical staff services is crucial to the success of the organization
Articulate the overall financial and quality implications for organizations that do not have a robust credentialing program
Partner with physician leaders to develop an impactful presentation to the executive leadership team in order to better justify the need for more FTE's
