Session Description: This fun and interactive popular session reviews hypotheticals based on real cases that have challenged Medical Staff leadership and MSPs. The participants will break into groups to discuss the individual cases and then come together to share collective knowledge and experience for all involved. Join Erin and John as they highlight the challenges faced by organizations dealing with these “hypotheticals” and provide tips on real strategies to handle these challenges.
