Session Description: This session will provide MSPs with best practice tips for a successful centralized credentialing and privileging transition. We will cover topics to help those not yet centralized as well as those who have taken the leap but are looking for advice to refine and perfect their operation. Whether you are in a leadership position or on the front lines, we will recommend proven strategies that will strengthen your ability to deliver exceptional services. We will share effective tools to become more efficient, reduce cost, and address both MSP and provider burnout. Topics covered will include communication plans, overcoming politics within an organization, investing in ongoing education, prioritizing standardization and data integrity, and more!
