Session Description: In 2023, High- Reliability Organizations in Healthcare must up their game and optimize credentialing, privileging, licensing, and enrollment application management to achieve efficacy, expediency, and scalability in workflows. While leadership demands high reliability in provider onboarding and downstream workstreams, credentialing, privileging, licensing, and enrollment application management, workstreams are often siloed and offer no real solution or meaningful metrics that support business rules and/or informed decision making. This session will focus on key aspects of integrating workflows paired with technology optimization to shift from mediocre single processes to a dynamic integration of various workstreams and settings. If you have responsibility for these workstreams in a hospital, an ambulatory setting, or in a telemedicine or a provider organization, this session is for you.
