Session Description: This session will demonstrate an expedited fair hearing. Attendees will witness opening statements, direct and cross-examinations, argument by counsel, and panel deliberations. This will help expose MSPs to the method of fair hearings and highlight why certain portions of investigations and credentialing becomes so important once hearing rights are involved.
