Hello virtual attendees. We apologize for anyone experiencing issues. Here are some best practices to ensure you have a smooth virtual conference experience:


  • Work Computer firewalls are causing many issues, therefore, if a personal devise can be used, we highly recommend that. 
    • 

  • Chrome is best browser. Please try watching in Incognito tab.
    • 

  • If the stream is stalling, please ensure your internet connection is strong and that you don't have too many other applications/programs open. Please try closing some unused apps down. You can also reduce the resolution of your stream by hovering over the video window and look for gear icon and choose a lower resolution.

Finally, all livestreamed content will be available on-demand within 24 hours of the air date/time; to access the on-demand content, simply come back to this page, open the presentation pop-up and click on the "View Session" button.
